Just caught a glimpse at a production I've been following on Facebook for quite some time. An independent horror/thriller called The Laughing Mask. I first saw a story on Aint it Cool News about it, but since it was over a year ago, I pretty much figured things happened as they do with Independent flicks and it jus vanished. But to my surprise the word picked back up on their FB page and apparently they finished production and have a teaser already online. 

First thing I noticed was how great the images look, I mean this is not someone using grandma's camera to make a movie, definitely some production value there, the mask looks creepy as hell and it definitely teases me to want to see more.

I hope to hear more about this project in the upcoming weeks, their original video had over 300k views on youtube and caused quite the buzz in the Horror movie community. Its been awhile since we had a decent masked killer that wasn't a remake, rehash or something Hollywood coughed up so I have high hopes for this
